A renovation project that was developed to accommodate growing family requirements. The client had a particular penchant for mid century details mixed with more classical pieces. The Cotswold stone was further enhanced with the use of soft paint colours, along with warm wood tones and antique kilims layering the floors

Penthouse Refurbishment

Located on an iconic avenue in New York, the project focused on creating a cohesive home that accommodated a family that was growing up while wanting a more adult space for entertaining.

Luxury Mansion

There have been many new builds but this is the grandest by far. The family wanted to create a grand home for entertaining in but yet still to be a family space.

7 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 18 seat cinema and private gym are just some of the features of this mansion. The architectural details within this property are a key feature and the lighting used within this space go towards accenting these details.

South West London

Renovation of a Family Home

The property was purchased as a forever home by a young family and they wanted the space to reflect their taste and personality.

Over a 6 month period the property was renovated from a plain monotone box oozing with original features to one bursting with personality and fun. The 6 bed home reflected the warmth of the family but with room to grow. SW Studios were also lucky enough to be involved in the rennovation of the surrounding gardens where clever landscaping and layered planting allowed for an amazing entertainment space.
